Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
Refrigerant Depot ships to all 48 continental United States. We do not currently ship to international destinations.
A valid physical street address is required. PO Box deliveries are not accepted due to carrier and hazmat regulations.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM (local business hours) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard Ground Shipping: 4–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (availability varies by location)
Freight Shipping: 3–10 business days for bulk or pallet orders
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
Promotional free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders and will be clearly shown during checkout.
5. Hazardous Materials Shipping
Many refrigerant products are classified as hazardous materials and must ship in compliance with DOT and EPA regulations. These items are typically shipped via ground service only and may include additional hazmat handling fees.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier.
7. Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Shipping Delays
Shipping times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Refrigerant Depot is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
9. Returns & Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Refrigerant Depot. A return authorization must be approved before sending products back.
